UNIFILO PANEL VENEERED WITH PRECIOUS WOODS
Semi-laminar panel, special and homogeneous composition, with a predetermined number of inner longitudinal layers, studied for an easy workability, increase of production (due to faster speed on to the pantograph) and perfect finishing. Standard UNIFILO: it is made of first quality rotary cut veneers of Okoumè and Fromager select. On request, it can be veneered with a wide range of kinds of wood to satisfy the requirements and tastes of the most exigent customers.

UNIFILO PANEL “620” type
Semi-laminar panel having special composition and veneered with precious woods.
Duly engraved, it gives the appearance of a solid wood door but with the undeniable advantages of plywood, such as: no tangential shrinkage and/or swelling, cracks and so on.
A 2 mm thick longitudinal layer, of the same kind of wood and of the same quality of the veneer face, is inserted in the requested position in accordance with the depth of the milling.
The use of melamine resins makes the panel hot water and weather proof, ideal for outdoor employments such as external security doors.
Our UNIFILO and UNIFILO ”620” panels are also suited for the production of internal doors due to the E1 (low formaldehyde emission) glueing process, in accordance with the strictest European regulations.
