Description
Composite panel having the skins of raw Okoumè (Gaboon) or decorative marine plywood (thick in accordance with the customer’s
needs) and a low density core made of cork with moderate sound and thermal insulating rates.
The composite panel Isophon Superlight is used when a moderate sound and thermal insulation with a light weight is required. The very low density core made of cork (about 220 kg/m³) grants a sound insulation rate of Rw = 30,0 dB to a sandwich board 23 mm thick and weights only 7,2 kg/m². Isophon Superlight is used for floorings, partition bulkheads, ceilings and sound insulated boxes.
